Carol Poirier

Carol Rae Poirier went to be with our Lord on February 14, 2018 at her home in Sinclair. Carol was born August 14, 1939 in Minneapolis, MN to George and Margaret Hansen. After World War II she moved with her family to Rawlins where she attended school. At a young age she met Robert F. Poirier and the couple was married in 1954 in Raton, NM. They were married for 46 years. After Robert's passing in 2000, Carol met Benjamin Robbins. The two shared many fond camping trips and U.W. football games. Carol worked for many years at Mini-Mart and Pamida. Carol was preceded in death by her parents, husband Robert, daughter Kristina, and grand daughter Melissa Morgan. She is survived by her sons, Robert (Linda) of Sinclair, Gilbert (Sally) of Casper, Phillip (partner, Jake) of Billings, MT, daughter, Theresa Pacheco (Joseph) of Rawlins, as well as several grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is also survived by her long time companion, Benjamin Robbins.
