Daniel Aaron Bleicher

June 18, 1976 — August 8, 2025

Rawlins

Daniel unexpectedly passed away the morning of August 8, 2025 of natural causes.

Daniel was born on June 18, 1976 in Hammond, Indiana. He was born to Ethel Elaine Bleicher (Seifert) and Edward Lester Bleicher. Daniel graduated high-school in Marysville Washington in 1995. Daniel married the love of his life Penny Jean Bleicher (Wolf), on March 28, 1998. From their love they welcomed three children Gabriel Bleicher, Daphne Romeo (Bleicher) and Cassidy Bleicher.

Daniel and Penny moved their family to Rawlins, Wyoming in 2013 where Daniel had several jobs before he began working as a truck driver for Hays Trucking. Daniel had a talent for fixing broken things, usually with a motor, in a nonconventional way. Daniel enjoyed survival prepping, Having fires with family, obtaining different automobiles that he would tinker with. He would often drive the automobiles on dirt roads, usually through mud puddles. Daniel also enjoyed crafting things out of leather. He could usually be found accompanied by his son working on his many toys.

Daniel never met an animal he didn't care for. When his daughter would bring home stray cats or puppies that needed a loving home, he would grumble for a day or so, then be cuddling with them, helping feed them, and making room for them in his bed. He would rassel the dogs and get them rilled up, and empty an entire container of cat treats with a smile on his face. Daniel was often seen around the house with two additional shadows. One in the form of his dog Buddy, and one in the form of his granddaughter Payton.

If you wanted to know a funny story or something ridiculous he had recently done the best place to start was his second daughter. She always had funny stories to tell about the things Daniel did and said. There was never a dull moment.

Daniel is proceeded in death by his father Edward Bleicher. Paternal Grandparents Bruno and Bertha Bleicher and maternal grandparents George and Pearl Seifert. Daniel is survived by his wife Penny Bleicher (Wolf) and their children Gabriel Bleicher, Daphne and Riley Romeo, and Cassidy Bleicher. Grandchildren Payton Bleicher, Roslyn Bleicher, and Riley Romeo IV. His mother Elaine Bleicher, and brothers Paul and Anne Bleicher and their children, Phillip and Karen Bleicher and their children.
