Daniel Esquibel

Daniel O. ‘Danny' Esquibel, 86 years, passed away July 5, 2016 in Rawlins. Danny was born August 8, 1929 to the late Daniel and Beronise Sanchez Esquibel in San Pedro, Colorado where he was also raised and educated. He was drafted by the United States Army and served honorably in the Korean Conflict. Upon his discharge, he made his home in Rawlins. Danny worked at various jobs and retired from Carbon County School District #1. Danny is survived by a brother, Eppie (Bessie) Esquibel of Rawlins; a sister, Betty Kyle of Colorado Springs, CO and numerous nieces and nephews. At Danny's request, there will be no funeral service. His ashes will be spread in the San Luis Valley at a later date.
