Darsee Ann Fagnant-Welcher

Darsee Ann Fagnant – Welcher, resident of Rawlins, Wyoming passed away on January 24, 2023 at the Memorial Hospital of Carbon County at the age of 59 years.

                Darsee was a Rawlins native, graduating from Rawlins High School. She married Roger Welcher  in 1994 and they remained married until his passing in 2011. Darsee worked as the Housing Control Operator at the Carbon County Sherriff’s Office since 2018. She was known as a caring and polite person who knew how to give words of support and how to listen in a time of need. Darsee loved her grandchildren and enjoyed keeping up with friends and family. 

                Darsee is survived by her son, C.J. Truesdale and her two grandchildren, James Marshal and Hugh Wayne Truesdale; her brother, Chris Fagnant and sister -in-law, Rhonda Fagnant-Deville. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roger Welcher.

                A Celebration of Life will be held for Darsee at the Rawlins Cemetery at a later date and service arrangements will be announced when they become available. Memorial Contributions in memory of Darsee can be made to the Carbon County Pet Partners.
