David Burnell

David Anthony Burnell February 28,1961- October 17, 2015 David went to be with the Lord on October 17, 2015. He was 54 years old. David resided in Baggs Wyoming and was employed with the Wyoming Department of Transportation. David enjoyed the outdoors. His hobbies included fishing, hunting, and creating things with his hands. His home was decorated with Native American art, many of which he made himself. Spending time with friends and family was the most important thing to David. His children and grandchildren were his pride and joy. David cherished his mother and was Guardian to his father. David was kind and loved deeply. David will live on in our hearts until we meet again, in the presence of our Lord. David was preceded in death by his dad Raul Tarango. He is survived by his wife Dorothy Burnell of Denver, mother Dorothy Byrd of Batesville AR, his father Robert Burnell of Denver CO, two sisters Debbie (Daniel) Smith of Batesville AR, Lisa (Gary) Vigil of Grand Junction CO, three brothers Karl (Tina) Tarango of Clarion PA, Paul (Kim) Tarango of Miamisburg OH, Ralph (Deena ) Tarango of Rawlins WY, his children Crystal (Cody) Montoya of Westminster Co, Samuel (Kassie) Burnell of Beebe AR, Alaska Burnell of Denver CO, his grandchildren Martin Marquez, Andrew Hatten, Carla Sue Burnell, Gabriel Burnell, and many nieces and nephews. There will be a private family viewing at the Carbon County Funeral Home, 702 West Walnut, Rawlins, Wy. A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 21, 2015, at 6pm, Valley Community Center, 255 Osborne St, Baggs Wy A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 23, 2015 at 2pm.
