Denise H. (King) Martinez, 47, of Rawlins passed away Nov. 5, 2015. She was born July 25, 1968 in Rawlins to parents Janet L. (Dixon) and Robert H. King. A Memorial Service will be held on Sat. Nov. 14, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at The Depot, 400 W. Front St., Rawlins. Denise attended school in Rawlins and owned and operated County 6 Bar & Grill in Rawlins. She enjoyed boating, jet-skiing, camping, fishing and site-seeing. Survivors include her husband, Arthur "Art" Martinez of Rawlins; sons, Erik Verplanke of Bridger, MT, Michael Cassett of Cheyenne, Jonathan Reyes of Houston, TX and Shawn Shafer of Houston, TX; three grandchildren; a sister, Bobbi (Matthew) Fowler; brothers, Kelly King and Kevin Collins; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.
