Douglas Glenn Ellsworth, 87, passed away March 6, 2019 at the Memorial Hospital of Carbon County in Rawlins, Wyoming. Douglas was born on October 26, 1932 in Frontier, Wyoming to Earl and Retha (Durney) Ellsworth. Doug was married to the love of his life, Mary Lou for 65 years. Doug proudly served in the United States Army during the Korean War. He was extremely active in community and fraternal organizations. Doug was member of the Free Masons for over 50 years. He was past Master and Grand Commander of Wyoming, member of The Red Cross of Constantine, Order of the Eastern Star, active member of the American Legion and the Shriners of Wyoming. Doug is survived by his wife Mary Lou of Rawlins; sons Steven Ellsworth, Bill (Debbie) Ellsworth and Jesse (Amee) Ellsworth; Keely Ellsworth; grandchildren Seth, Eric, Zach, Elyse and Payton; sister Shirley Buffenbarger and Angel Grandchildren Ryan and Abigail. He was proceeded in death by his parents Earl and Retha Ellsworth, brother Willis Ellsworth and daughter Susan Ann Ellsworth. In lieu flowers donations can be made to the Knights Templar Eye Foundation. Masonic Memorial Services will be held on March 16, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the Masonic Lodge # 4 in Evanston, Wyoming with Dave Moon serving as officiant. Cremation is under the care of Jacoby Funeral Home.
