Harley Manley

November 23, 1943 — February 18, 2017

Harley "Ben" Manley, 73 of Rawlins passed away Feb. 18, 2017 at his home. He was a longtime resident of Rawlins. He was born in Michigan on Nov. 23, 1943, the son of Orlie B. Manley and Lola L. Manley. He married Helen E. (Bearing) Manley on Dec. 3, 1990 and she preceded him in death in May 2003. Manley served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War. He was a lifelong truck driver and retired in 2005. His interests included being outdoors, camping, hunting, fishing, and pig farming. Survivors include five sons, Stan Manley, Donny Manley, William Manley, Rich Manley, and Walt Nolasco, one daughter, Molina Lee, seven sisters Betty Gallagher, Carol Sparks, Mary Mack, Helen Standley, Emma Rinker, Eva Brown, and Vicki Paley, three brothers, Larry Manley, David Manley, and Bobby Manley. Several grandkids, great grandkids, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Helen Manley, one sister Illa Mae Manley, two brothers, Lynn Ray Manley, and Parry Manley, one grandson Brandon Lee.
