Jesse C. James, resident of Encampment, Wyoming. passed away on July 23, 2022 at the Shepard of the Valley Care Center in Casper, Wyoming.  Jesse was born on February 19, 1939, in Denver, Colorado to Fred and Ethel James.  No services are planned at this time.  Bustard's and Jacoby Funeral Homes are in charge of arrangements
