Joyce E. McCartney, 78, of Hanna, WY passed away May 18, 2017 at the Laramie Care Center. She was born April 15, 1939 in Hanna. A Memorial Service will be held on Wed. May 24, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Hanna. Interment will follow in the Hanna Cemetery. A full obituary will follow.
