Joyce (Garner) Mizner was born April 9, !945 in Sommerset, NE and passed away February 13, 2017 in Rawlins WY. On September 18, 1964, Joyce married Jimmie Mizner. To this union one daughter, Lori, was born. Preceding her in death were her husband, Jim; parents, Richard and Elizabeth Garner; grandson, Josh; brother, Douglas; a niece; and a nephew. She leaves to mourn her daughter, Lori; great-grandson, Aven of Rawlins, WY; brothers, Gary (Phylis) of Gothenburg, NE, Ken (Deb) of Chadron, NE, Glenn (Stacy) of Mullen, NE, Allen (Jeannie) of Estes Park, CO and Don (Carolyn) of Pierson, IA; sisters, Mary Ann (Nick) Rudloff of Crawford, NE and Ruth (Joe) Brown of Gothenburg, NE; sister-in-law, Shirley Garner of Trenton, NE; friend and neighbor, Donna Taylor; and numerous nephews and nieces.
