Kathleen "Kay" Arnold, age 87, of Rawlins, passed away in Cheyenne on June 7, 2012. Kay was born on December 6, 1924 in Lawrence, KS to parents Laura L.(Hale) and Carl D. Reber. She was a proud member of the Rawlins Red Hat Society and worked for many years as a bookkeeper for Kinnaman Supply in Rawlins. Preceding Kay in death were her parents; brother, Karl Reber; husband, Roland Arnold; and longtime companion, Bill Seiloff. Survivors include numerous family and friends. Memorial contributions may be made to the Rawlins Animal Shelter at 2711 E. Murray, Rawlins, WY 82301.
