Kathleen L. Gallant

     Kathleen L. “Kathy” Gallant, age 52 of Rawlins, Wyoming passed away in Cheyenne, Wyoming on June 25, 2023. She was born December 16, 1970, in Port Hueneme, California to James and Willa Mae Fleming. At a young age Kathy’s family moved to Powell, Wyoming where she grew up and graduated high school in 1988. She had two sons there, Austin & Morgan. In October of 2004, Kathy met John Gallant and they were married on April 8, 2005. She was John’s partner in life as well as at Iron J Towing Company. Kathy loved her family, spending time outdoors hunting, fishing, camping and boating. She dearly loved her goats and her horses as well.

            Kathy is survived by her husband, John Gallant of Rawlins, Wyoming; sons, Austin Curtis of Rawlins, Morgan Curtis of Aurora, Colorado and Dakota Gallant of Rawlins; six grandchildren, Timber Gallant, Nathan Gallant, Jr, Hayden Jones, Alex Heater, Kimber Gallant and Bentley; and one brother, James (Jim) Fleming of Casper, WY. She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Nathan Gallant.

            A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 23, 2023 at 11:00 AM at the Carbon County Fairgrounds Exhibit Hall.
