Kristen Noelle Loudon, born April 7, 1981, in Laramie, Wyoming, passed away on April 13, 2026, in Rawlins, Wyoming. Her life was marked by compassion, dedication, and a deep love for those around her.
Kristen was raised in Rawlins and graduated from Rawlins High School in 1999. She embraced a variety of careers throughout her lifetime, but she found particular fulfillment in her work at the Youth Crisis Center, where she made a lasting impact on many young lives in need. In her later years, she was deeply proud of her involvement with the Caged to Saved Dog Program through her role at the Wyoming State Penitentiary, reflecting her unwavering commitment to making a difference.
Known for her vast heart and kindness, Kristen brought warmth and care to her family and friends. She had a special gift for connecting with children, often thriving in moments shared with them. Her favorite pastime was spending cherished moments with her nephew, Wyatt Neild, capturing the joy she found in family connections.
Growing up, Kristen treasured the summers spent at the lake with her family—the times playing cards around the table or singing together were some of her most memorable and joyful. A devoted enthusiast of the Cheyenne Frontier Days, she never missed this beloved event, celebrating it each year as part of her personal tradition, which included her passion for intricate tattoo designs. Another hobby that truly captivated her was her fascination with her fingernails, dedicating countless hours to creating new and beautiful designs.
Kristen was preceded in death by her mother, Nancy Loudon; her grandparents Harriett and John Carlson; and her grandfather, Gerry Loudon. She is lovingly remembered by her father, Kenny Loudon; sister, Kassidie Neild; brother-in-law, Steve Neild; nephew, Wyatt Neild; and grandmother, Sox Loudon, who survive her and carry forward her memory.
Her family and friends honor Kristen for the light she brought into their lives and for the gentle spirit that so many were fortunate to know. Private services will be held at a later date in her memory.
Kristen’s legacy of kindness and heartfelt service remains an enduring inspiration to all who had the privilege of knowing her. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered for her boundless love and caring nature.
