Lillian Erickson

Lillian Marie Shockley-Erickson, 89, passed away March 27 at St. John's Living Center in Jackson, Wyoming. Marie was born January 14, 1924 in Dixon, Wyoming to Ethel and Claude Shockley. She attended the University of Wyoming and taught in rural Wyoming schools. She was later employed by and retired from the University of Wyoming Alumni Association. Marie is survived by five children, Rebecca L. Woods of Cheyenne,Wyoming, Patricia M. Lavin of Jackson, Wyoming, Eric J. Erickson of Mesa, Arizona, Linda Y. Erickson of Shoreline, Washington and Karen L. Hulsebosch of Port Orchard,Washington; four grandchildren, David Woods of Fort Collins, Colorado, Heather Alexander of Battlefield, Missouri, Jason Woods of Parker, Colorado, Derrick Woods of Loveland, Colorado; 7 great-grandchildren, Connor and Ava Woods of Fort Collins, Colorado, Trey, Paige and Gavin Alexander of Battlefield, Missouri, and Logan and Calan Woods of Loveland, Colorado. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p. m., Tuesday, April 2, 2013, at Reader Cemetery in Savery, Wyoming.
