Mandy Howell

Mandy Christine Howell, 36, of Cheyenne died March 20 at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center. She was born Jan. 22, 1977, in Rawlins and had lived in Cheyenne since 1999. She married Mike Howell Oct. 20, 2001 and had worked as a waitress at Village Inn. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and being outdoors, fishing, camping and going on picnics. She is survived by her husband, Mike; three children, Jonathan Howell, Mariah Howell and Halie Howell, all of Cheyenne; mother and stepfather, Christine E. and Derrick Archuleta of Rawlins; and two sisters, Misty DeMartine and Tammy Martinez, both of Cheyenne. She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas A. Martinez.
