Pamela Ann Fulkerson, 62, of Rawlins passed away August 18, 2016. She was born February 3, 1954 in Grayling, Michigan. At her request, no services will be held. Kenny and family would like to thank all of her friends and community for their thoughts and prayers while she was fighting cancer. God bless you all.
