Richard (Rick) Erickson, a resident of Rawlins, Wyoming, passed away on September 17, 2023 at his home at the age of 70 years.

Rick was born on April 2, 1953, to Raymond and Bertha Erickson in Rawlins, Wyoming.  He worked at the Ford garage for the majority of his career.

He was an avid fisherman with a love for the outdoors.  He loved being on the water with his best fishing buddies.

He had a soft spot for his three grandsons, and he always said, “there are no rules in Grandpa’s camp”.

He loved his best friend Ozzy, a golden retriever that was by his side everywhere he went.

He will be sadly missed by his children Raymond (Ray) & wife Lexi Erickson, Megan & husband Andy Davison, and grandchildren Carter (10) & Garrett (7) Davison and William (10) Erickson.

He was preceded in death by his parents Raymond and Bertha, sister Chris Wells, and girlfriend Jann Houge.

The memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 23, 2023, at the Rawlins BPOE609 Elks Lodge (upstairs) between 4:00 to 7:00 pm.
