Robert Beck

Robert L. Beck, Jr., 64, of Rawlins passed away July 9, 2017. He was born Dec. 14, 1952 in Rawlins to parents Joan E. (Hull) and Robert L. Beck, Sr. Bob served in the Army for several years then worked with Halliburton. He went back into the Military but this time in the Navy. He retired after serving a total of 26 years in the Military. He worked at the penitentiary for 12 years. He then worked for Skiduel and for the Carbon County School District, driving a School Bus. Bob also worked for WYDOT while also working part time with the School Buses. Bob was the Quarter Master at the V.F.W. and also was a member of the Odd Fellows. He will be missed by many. Bob leaves behind his wife, Marlena; daughter, Athena Gerzanic; son, Michael (daughter-in-law, Brooke); eight grandchildren, Ashley, Alexis, David, Bryston, Audrey, James, Carter and Trinity; three brothers, Steven, David (Susan) and Kenneth (Marilyn); and sister, Renee (Trampas). Memorial services will be held at the France Memorial Church Building, 1506 Nevada St., Friday, July 21, 2017 at 3:00 p.m.
