Rosario Rapal Labajo, 86, passed away in Rawlins on February 7, 2019 at the Carbon County Memorial Hospital. The daughter of Emilio and Rosa Rapal, she was born November 1, 1932 in Calamba, Philippinies. A celebration of life will be held Saturday, February 23, 2019 at 2:00 PM, at the Jacoby Funeral Home Chapel, 702 W. Walnut in Rawlins. Cremation has taken place under the care of the Jacoby Funeral Home.
