Ruth Moore

Ruth Moore passed away at the Kindred Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Rawlins on Sunday, March 16, 2014. She was born Ruth Laverne Deal on December 7, 1925, in Lander, WY to Oscar and Doris (Lattimer) Deal. She was raised in the Lander area with three of her four brothers, the fourth brother, Charles, died shortly after birth. On February 15, 1947, Ruth was married to Stanley R. Moore. Together they had three boys: George O., Robert A. and Charles L. Moore. She was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley; parents, Oscar and Doris Deal; her brothers and their wives: Robert (Lee), Lloyd (Ann), James (Joanne) and Charles; and a niece, Emma Deal. Survivors include her three sons and their wives: George (Cheryl), Robert (Shary) and Charles (Deborah); and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place according to her wishes. The family is planning a Celebration of Life later in June.
