Tami Lynne Carter was born February 21,1963, in Mountain View,California, to Lester and Carol Dean.  She died of natural causes on March 31, 2022 in Wyoming.

She helped bring Magic (the Gathering) to so many of our lives.

She is survived by her husband Doug Carter, her daughters Jen and Tori Carter, and her siblings Barb and Lester Dean.
