Ted Forney, cherished husband, father, brother, grandfather, great-grandfather, and uncle, passed away on July 5, 2026 at the tender age of 85. He loved camping, hunting, bowling and a tasty whiskey. His charismatic outgoing personality, great sense of humor, his knack for story- telling, Mr. BBQ extraordinaire, and his love for teaching will be greatly missed. He especially enjoyed his time in the garage and tinkering around. He loved with his whole heart and loved unconditionally. He enjoyed life to the best that life can offer.

He is survived by his eldest daughter and her husband, 2 sons and respective spouse/other, brother and sister-in-law, multiple grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A private spreading of his ashes will take place on August 22, 2026 at 2:00pm for family and close friends with a small gathering for story-telling and sharing to follow at a local restaurant (location and time TBD)
